I have been in the garage again yesterday ... here are some pics.
Timing chain finished:
Oil pump, breather and timimg chain cover installed:
Bottom end is closed:
Here is a look down the port matched intake runners ...

It's been a while. Engine is back where it belongs and running strong ...
Will tell numbers as soon as I have been to the dyno.

cool-how much HP do you recon it will put down to the dyno rolls?
are you going to try any "special"gas or anything when you dyno?
BTW nice plug wires-i have the same taylor wires on my z28 camaro
and my saab 99,i have had them on my camaro for 20yrs and the
wires are still like new! |

Around 100, maybe even 110 HP, i guess ...

I just returned from the dyno. Engine pulls 97 HP @ 5720 RPM and 142 NM @ 3200 RPM with the secondary jets leaning out a little above 4800 RPM.
Most impressive is the torque curve that skyrockets from 1800 RPM.
Will post a video from the dyno session and the data asap! |

| No, I am using the 32/36 Weber DGV carb ... It makes more power than the standard carb. |
